There is a large mall in 5 walking min. with everything from Pharmacy to Supermarket. The flat is less than 10 driving minutes from the city center, so it is a 3rd floor apartment in the city. So there will be city noise, but it is a quiet street and to date we had no noise complaints, as everybody managed their expectations.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel die sie in weniger als min. ins Stadtzentrum bringen (Bus & U-Bahn befinden sich 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Ebenfalls 5 min. entfernt ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum, wo man vom Kino über Apotheke Bank und Post auch eine Menge Restaurants findet. Obwohl wir noch nie Lärmbeschwerden hatten weisen wir daraufhin, dass es eine Stadtwohnung ist und man daher keine Totenstille erwarten darf.
