I signed up for the room with an agency, however I found a place with my friend and now I try to find somebody who can take over the contract. They gave me the go if I find somebody, we can transfer the contract over. The contract is minimum 3 Months and after the first 3 months it can be canceled monthly. But If you would like to stay long term, the contract is indefinite, so it is very flexible. The roommates are working-students and young professionals.
