SUBLETTINGHeey house looking girl,We, Huize Nelson, are looking for a cozy subtenant for the period from mid-August to the end of December (with the Owee you can already move in). Our roommate is going to Copenhagen for a few months for her minor. You will live in a mixed house with 5 cozy roommates; Ruben, Teun, Peter, Isabel and Sabien. We study industrial design, robotics, mechanical engineering, engineering and clinical technology, all kinds of things as you can see. For the rest, we are active at Proteus and Laga (both rowing clubs in Delft) and also very sporty. Besides the fact that everyone is busy studying and rowing, we also often do fun things together. We have a large living room where the worst TV programs are watched, such as First Dates and Long Live Love, interspersed with sometimes a high-quality movie or series. We have a house night every other week on Monday evening, and we also do fun things together in between, such as having a nice BBQ on our beautiful balcony. We often eat together and like to experiment a bit with cooking (unless we're a little too broke or lazy, in which case there's plenty to pick up nearby). We live above the plus, two snack bars, a pizzeria, a Chinese, a Turkish bakery and a Primera, so you never really have to travel far. The TU and the city centre are about 15 minutes away by bike. The room is about 20 square meters and there is a lot of sun. We have two toilets and two showers, so you never have to wait long. Some of the furniture will remain, in consultation.
