Dear future roommate (f),In our cozy quiet house a room will become available from July 8th. From July 8, 2024 to July 8, 2025, you can come and live with us in a furnished room of 12 m2. This room is divided into 2 floors with private staircase. You will live in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the center and station in the Hof van Delft district. You will live with 4 other female roommates, with different ages from 18 to 21 years old. We are all doing a bachelor's degree in architecture, but all studies are welcome. We almost always eat together when we are there, and take turns cooking or sometimes cook together. We have a cozy GR (see photo) and a shared bathroom and toilet. In the GR you can see us reading a book, very busy discussing anything and everything or fighting for architecture. You can almost jump out of the window to go to the coop, but there is also an AH 3 minutes walk away. It is a 10-minute bike ride to the uni or if you really want to walk for half an hour, you can do that too, which is sometimes done here. The rent is €450 inclusive, but you cannot register with the municipality. If you would like to live here, please send a nice message with some facts and photos.
