One of the female residents will leave in August and that is why we are looking for a new resident who can replace her place. We enjoy eating together, hosting house parties, drinking drinks, and sharing life. So, are you looking for a new place in Utrecht, do you think you fit in here and are you at least 30 years old (with a young mind)? Send us a message! By the way, it is an advantage if you are not averse to cleaning. The house is located on the Van Swindenstraat. A lovely place in Utrecht, right next to the Griftpark. We all have our own floor and share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and garden. You will live on the first floor. On the first floor are 3 rooms with a total area of +/- 34 m2. In one of those rooms (room 1) is our shared washing machine. The rental price is around 525 euros inclusive. See the photos for an impression.
