Hi! Im leaving to study abroad for 3 months, so my room becomes available for a replacement tenant from the 20th September 2024 to 5th January 2025. Im not subletting, you will have a fixed term contract and I will reoccupy the room at the end of the term. Its rented out by a business in an industrial area. Youll have 4 housemates, all students, who are very quiet and respectful. Theres no living room, expect a very reserved atmosphere. The room has a built in wardrobe with lots of storing space and theres a shared storage room.The shared areas are cleaned every two weeks by a cleaning lady. Kitchen is fully equipped. 5 minute bike to nearest grocery store.10 minute bike from the (very cute!) centre of Haarlem and its train station.I can stow the piano away if you want but I can also leave it, feel free to try it :) I can also leave all my books or stow them away.Interesse in deze woning?
