Dear future roommate, We are looking for a new roommate for our triple apartment on the 14th floor of the Cesar Franck flat! First, a bit practical. The room can be rented from 1 September until 30 June 2025. Our rental organization only allows us to offer a temporary contract, which is why the room will be available for rent until 2025. The room that becomes available depends on whether there is an internal move. It will be room 1 or room 3 (see floor plan). The photos that are attached are of room 1. The room that becomes available is ±16 m2 and costs about ±€420 excl. g/w/l and internet. We have a small shared GR, balcony, bathroom and kitchen that are fully equipped. We also have a storage room, washing machine and a games cupboard that can always be replenished! It is about fifteen minutes by bike to the TU campus, 10 minutes to the station and the center. There is a Lidl within crawling distance and shopping center de Hoven and the Appie XL are 5 minutes by bike. You'll be living with Laura and Mick! Laura (24) is completing her master's degree in IPD in Industrial Design Engineering and loves to dance. Mick (24) is completing his bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and loves indoor football and swimming. We are looking for a roommate who is also a little further along in his studies, so at the end of his bachelor's or master's degree. We are also looking for a roommate who likes to cook and eat together regularly, have a glass of wine/beer and play a game or watch a movie. Our house has never had many obligations and we would like to keep it that way, so no fixed house evening or cleaning schedules.
