Our house consists of 6 people (3 maids and 3 guests). It is a seven-minute bike ride from both the city centre and TU Delft. Furthermore, you can literally throw yourself off the flat and then you are at the Appie XL. We are a cozy and active house that often eats together and has a drink or a party together. The house is a mix of associations (Zaak, Toko) and study associations. Furthermore, we have house evening or house lunch every week and we have a Christmas dinner, house party and many more fun house activities every year! It is one spacious room of about 20 m2 that will cost 450 euros per month, with rent allowance this is 350 euros. You also share two showers and two toilets with 5 other roommates.
