From the 1st of September there will be a room available in our mixed house on the Neptunusstraat in Paddepoel. You will live there with 4 others. We are a quiet house without weekly house evenings, but we do like to have a chat with each other in the kitchen and also want to make the common area a bit cozier. The room is 25m2 and the rent is 560 euros per month including g/w/e and cleaning lady. The room has its own sink. Furthermore, the toilets, bathroom, kitchen (with dishwasher), washing machine and common room are shared (so no rent allowance possible). In addition, the house has a driveway, spacious garden and a shed for bicycles. Both shops and Zernike are within walking distance. The Grote Markt is about 12 minutes by bike.
