Located in the beautiful Zeeheldenkwartier, our house is a stone's throw from the center, within crawling distance of an Albert Heijn XL, and several tram stops around the corner. The room is about 22m2, and the rent per month is €396.06 incl. You share the bathroom, kitchen and washing machine with three other girls. In addition, you get some extra roommates, namely four gentlemen and two girls on the house numbers next to us. The ten of us share the gr and the spacious garden (including barbecue and garden house under construction!). Because Helmers is an association house, we are not only looking for a cozy roommate inside the house, but also within the boat! A lot of domestic bonding takes place at the association, which is why we expect you to become a member of Pelargos when you come to live here.
