Dear future housemate, I sublet 1 bedroom in a nice house in Culemborg. The house is located in the eco-district EVA-Lanxmeer, at 5 min by walking from the Culemborg railway station (20mn to reach Utrecht Central). The house has two floors and the bedroom to rent is located at the second floor. At the first floor are my bedroom and the bathroom. At the ground floor are the living room, kitchen, toilets, and a very nice and cozy garden. Speaking a little bit about myself, I am French, 35 years old and I work as a researcher in the Princess Maxima Center in Utrecht. In my free time I like to read books, play guitar, drink beers (not every time but sometimes ;-) ) and listen to music. I also like to go for a run, climbing or just to cook a nice meal. As we are living in an eco-district the idea is also to try our best to minimize our waste, energy consumption and eat local products whenever it’s possible. Nothing mandatory here, as everyone I like sometime to order a big pizza or sushi’s but you have an idea of the vibes I would like!
