Dear house seeker, Huize Wipkolder is looking for a subtenant for half a year. We are a mixed house of 9 (5 guests and 4 chicks) who are members of Virgiel, DSC and Proteus. Every evening people eat together and we regularly have other house activities. For example, we have house drinks every week, we go on a house weekend every year, we paint the GR for Christmas dinner, we celebrate house Sinterklaas and we do many more fun activities. Our house is 3 min by bike from the TU and 5 min from the center. The room will be available from 10 September. The room is approximately 12m2 and costs €362.19 (including g/w/l).
