The room is only suitable for someone who needs a room temporarily for work or internship. I'm not a student house! The room is suitable for 1 person max. There are in the house a fully equipped kitchen, 2 toilets and a bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Because I am in a work rhythm during the day (50% at home) and sleep at night, the room is not suitable for night owls or people who work in the evening/night or irregularly. The ideal tenant is 21 years or older, does not smoke and is also really quiet, clean, tidy and nice. I live in a small-scale complex where the neighbors are considerate of each other and you can almost hear a pin drop at night. Yet it is in the middle of the city a 10 minute walk from Arnhem CS.De room is neat and clean, fully furnished, including towels and bed linen. The room is ideal for a working person, but not for pets, drug users, alcoholics, children and/or musical instruments. The room is available from October 1st for 3 weeks. Registration is not possible. We can talk about renewal once you're here and we'll know if it clicks. The price is all in, also including normal use of gas/water/electricity, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, washing powder, cleaning lady 1x per 2 weeks, 24/7 internet/TV, use of furniture in the room, white goods in the house and bed linen, pillows and towels.
