I temporarily live in the UK and therefore I have a temporary room available from 1 sept 2024 until 31 August 2025The apartment (around 80m2) is in Tolsteeg, an upcoming neighbourhood in the south-west of Utrecht. The apartment is around 5/10 minutes cycling from the city centre and around 15 minutes from Central Station. The apartment is next to the shopping area Smaragdplein and walking distance from the cafe and restaurants of Rotsoord. The room is actually two separate rooms: a bedroom and a study (both 2x5). Both rooms are furnished (see pictures: bed, closet, writing desk etc.) and both rooms have a build-in closet. You share the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with one female flatmate. These rooms are also furnished and kitchen appliances (such as pans etc.) are available. The price is 600 euro a month (not inclusive), you can register at the municipality.
