I have also included cutlery, crockery and utensils, to enable guests to prepare and cook meals.There are 4 bright and spacious bedrooms, each with ample storage space- available for guest use! Two of the bedrooms are occupied with comfortable double beds, with the other two bedrooms containing single beds. Each bedroom has the benefit of a large window which allows natural light into the rooms.My property offers three clean and fresh bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms include showering facilities. Complimentary towels, handwash and shampoo will be provided.The nearby Davidson’s Mains neighbourhood is predominantly residential, however you will find a few quiet tea rooms, popular takeaways and lively pubs. There are a number of boutique stores which line the street, and a large Supermarket (Tesco) in which you can buy all your necessities!My property is located within a safe development and offers free on street parking, with a dedicated parking space directly in front of the block.If you would prefer to travel by public transport, the bus services 21 and 29 offer a frequent and reliable service to the city centre and other parts of the city.The nearest rail station is Haymarket.
