The full cost of lock replacement will be charged if you lose the keys; please be careful with them- the heating will always be turned down to 16 degrees, please turn up if needed and ensure that after your check-out you turn this down again.- there is plenty of storage space available however good to note that this is the host's home and therefore some of his belongings will be present in the property in locked cupboards.- Please just pull gently on the curtains to open and close, as the remote no longer works.My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo and soapPass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties.
