Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Sainsbury's Local less than 5 minutes walk away.Guests will have access to the entire house and rear yard.Other things to note:CHECK IN / CHECK OUTCheck-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.WIFIBroadband speeds are around 45-61 Mbps for download and around 14-18 Mbps for upload.TRAVEL COTA travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message before hand so that I can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet.
