The kitchen spills into the dining area that seamlessly opens into the back garden via double doors where you are able to dine alfresco on warm summer nights!Upstairs there are three light, airy bedrooms. The main bedroom comes with a king sized bed with bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers and some tasteful decorative accessories. The second bedroom comes with a double sized bed, lamp and small dressing unit. Finally, the third bedroom we have made into a twin room with two single beds each with their own lamp. We have tried to maximize the use of space & provide comfort here in our holiday home and we hope the rooms have everything you need.The main bathroom is upstairs and contains a stand alone bath, basin with vanity unit, mirror, shower and a toilet.Guest accessThe entire property is for use only by our guestsOther things to note* The house has underfloor heating in the kitchen and dining area. This is pre-set to a fixed temperature of 15C degrees, please do not change the settings.* There are two additional sun loungers stored in the main living room behind the armchair. Feel free to use them in the garden to relax on sunny days!* We love kids - we have three! - so the property is mostly kid friendly, please note however that there are some stairs in the property and no safety gates installed, so mind the stairs if staying with toddlers. We have a travel cot available (stored in the upstairs bedroom).* This is a residential area and we have a strict no party policy.This property comes equipped with the following:2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 Antibacterial spray, 1 Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, 2 white bin liners.We also provide all bed linen, bath and hand towels and toiletries for guestsOur home is perfectly equipped for family holidays by the sea!
