As you go upstairs you will find a spacious landing that leads into a large bathroom with tub. Upstairs you will also find 2 double bedrooms and a small office with desk and chair but is also perfect as a separate walk in wardrobe/changing room.The AreaIt’s situated just off the bustling Ormeau Road which is a 3 min walk away. Here you can find a huge variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Grab groceries in Tesco Express, Centra, the Mace or the huge Spar on Sunnyside Street. There are also an array of wonderful independent shops - buy freshly baked bread, cakes and pastries from Bread and Banjo, artisan cheeses and chutneys from Indie Fude, a fantastic selection of wines in the Vineyard at the end of the street (in my opinion the best off license in Belfast!), insanely good vegan chocolate gelato in Al-Gelato, modern designer flowers and gifts in Memento, local fruit and veg in Michel’s, meat in McCreery’s butchers and a selection of Polish brands in Karolina.There are more than 18 different cafes and restaurants worth checking out, from Kaffe-o’s Nordic style coffee, to the General Merchants delicious modern brunch, to the classic café grub available at Graffiti.
