Bedrooms 1 & 3 are both on the 1st floor.Bedroom one has a King size bed, dressing table, good storage space and relaxing seating area. Bedroom 3 has two single beds and a beautiful cot for guests arriving with an infant.To the rear of the cottage, leading to the back garden, there is a small conservatory area with seating, the perfect place for morning coffee on sunny mornings (we have more than you think in Scotland!).There is a large back garden with lawn area and patio.The cottage is ideally located as a base to explore all that the stunning region of Dumfries & Galloway has to offer.
