The space As soon as you walk into the building you immediately get a real sense of its opulence and grandeur, it really is stunning. The apartment has large windows which lets in a lot of natural light and provides a stunning frame for the evening sunsets over Belfast. We have two very comfortable bedrooms with loads of storage space, one of them is ensuite with shower. The master bathroom has a bath so you can really unwind after a hard day at work or sightseeing. The living/dining area is very spacious and has comfy seating, a full kitchen with all mod cons, a dining table with seating for four and a small desk if you want to work somewhere peacefully. There is also a separate utility room which houses a washing machine. The Area The city centre location means that you are so close to pretty much everything. Both Lanyon Place Station and Great Victoria Street Station/Europa Buscentre are easily walkable. Queens University is just 10 minutes walk and City Hall is 5 minutes walk. Beside these two places are so many bars, restaurants and cafes that it would be difficult to mention! Please ask us for recommendations! Ormeau park is just up the road and is a great place for relaxing, going for a walk or even taking part in the Parkrun every Saturday morning.
