This beautiful, newly renovated studio has been decorated in a modern and elegant design, whilst maintaining its traditional charm. It features a double bed and a single sofa bed, as well as a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, stove and microwave. There is also air conditioning throughout the house and a bathroom with a shower. Free check-in between 3pm and 8pm. Between 8pm and 11pm, please coordinate with us as there is an extra cost which, depending on the time, can be up to 150 EUR per booking. The total costs of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of 50€/month for all bills. If the total amount of the bills for a month exceeds this amount, the tenant must pay the difference. For example, if the total amount for the month is 60€, the tenant must pay 10€ at the time of claim. Noisy parties and gatherings are absolutely prohibited.
