Hey, In our student house there will be 2 rooms available from December 1, of which this is one. The house is divided with 3 boys living on the 1st floor and 3 girls on the 2nd floor. With these 3 girls you share a bathroom and kitchen. Our house is fairly quiet but the occasional nice chat with each other is of course nice. We would like it if you can be good on your own, but are spontaneous and clean (we also have a cleaning schedule). The room itself is a compact room of 8/9m3 but where everything you need fits. It is rented out for €400 including GWL. The previous occupant would like to have her stuff bought for a nice price, so if you are interested in that, that's very nice. Furthermore, all necessary facilities are available in our house. We have a spacious bathroom with shower, a kitchen with enough space for your own stuff and a refrigerator and also a washing machine and dryer are available.
