Duchy of Novadic is looking for a new cozy roommate! As of December 1, a room will become available in our very centrally located student house on the Hertogstraat and we are looking for a new roommate. The room is about 14 m2 and will cost around €345 inclusive per month. The room is on the ground floor and has a large window with lots of light. In addition, you have an extra pantry where you can store some things! We now live with 10 (4 ladies, 6 gentlemen) and share two spacious bathrooms, two kitchens and three toilets together, so never wait! Of course we also have a washing machine and dryer. Not unimportant, we have a stocked beer fridge! We also use a cleaning schedule, which ensures a "clean" house. In our garden we regularly eat and chill together with music in the background. In the summer, we often set up a swimming pool to cool off optimally. We also have a house night every month, where the disco setup including smoke machine is never missing! Our student house is about a 5-minute walk from Stratumseind and you can reach TU/Fontys within 10 minutes by bike. The bus stop is around the corner and there is a Jumbo within a 5-minute walk.
