English: The flat is on the mezzanine floor of a listed building in Berlin-Zehlendorf. It consists of a living room with an American kitchen, a bedroom, a study and a bathroom. The electrical, water and telecommunication lines were renovated in 2020/2021. As part of this modernisation, the bathroom, kitchen and heating systems were also renewed. The windows and floors were refurbished and the bathroom and kitchen were newly tiled. The flat offers beautiful views into the greenery in both directions.
