Great-grandmother's corner bench and two chairs offer space for cosy meals.
From the living room you reach the covered balcony (Loggia) through an old double glass door, on which you can also smoke. The apartment itself is a non-smoking apartment, I don't have any pets either. The sofa in the living room can also be easily converted into a double bed.
My tenants are the whole apartment (3 rooms; Kitchen; bath) with loggia. Internet (wifi) telephone and cable TV are available. To smoke I ask to go to the balcony.
In the large green, enclosed backyard there is the possibility to sit together or to grill or drink coffee under trees. Toys and a sandbox are available for children.
