English: I rent out my beautiful, cozy feel-good apartment in Cologne. There are 2 rooms (bedroom and living room), hallway, kitchen, bathroom, balcony. It is a non-smoking apartment (smoking is only allowed outside on the covered balcony). The apartment is located about 5 minutes walk from a beautiful nature reserve, with lake, extensive forest area and adjacent freely accessible zoo. Great paths for a morning or evening workout. There is also a wonderful forest pool with a great beer garden and delicious food nearby. BOLT e-scooters and e-bikes can be driven up to the front door and parked there (please note the provider rules). Supermarkets in the immediate vicinity open until at least 9 pm. German: Ich vermiete meine schöne, gemütliche Wohlfühlwohnung in Köln. Zu nutzen sind 2 Zimmer (Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer) , Diele, Küche, Bad, Balkon. Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung (Rauchen ist nur draußen auf dem überdachten Balkon gestattet). Die Wohnung befindet sich fußläufig ca. 5 min von einem wunderschönen Naturschutzgebiet, mit See, ausgedehntem Waldgebiet und angrenzendem frei zugänglichem Tierpark entfernt. Tolle Wege für den morgendlichen oder abendlichen Workout. Ein wundervolles Waldbad mit tollem Biergarten und leckerer Gastronomie befindet sich auch in der näheren Umgebung. BOLT E-Scooter und E-Bikes können bis zur Haustür fahren und auch dort parken (Bitte die Anbieterregeln beachten). Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe bis mindestens 21 Uhr geöffnet.
