This room is not in a student house but in a regular apartment building where people who work so need a good night's sleep live. So don't think B&B or Hostel! The location in Delft is within walking distance of Delft-Zuid (Campus) NS station and shopping center De Hoven.De room is on the sixth floor and on the northwest side of the building. The room is fully furnished and includes bed linen. As the main resident, you can say that I am the landlady who has been renting out 2 rooms to students for 23 years. The common areas, kitchen with appliances, toilet, shower and cellar box for bicycle storage are available to all housemates; but taking each other into account. Each housemate also participates in the cleaning rotation schedule or pays 80 euros extra per month for a cleaning lady. You can cook together by appointment or separately. Leaving a dirty countertop after cooking for the next one is not an option. Oriental cooking appliances such as a wok and rice cooker are not provided. Cooking meals in your own room is not allowed! There is also a clean-kitchen-policy which means that every evening around 23:00 the kitchen is tidy and clean and the dishes are done. Basically, I do the dishes until rinse in the drainer. The other housemates put everything back in the cupboards before 24:00. Regulations for keeping the shower clean and use of the washing machine are handed over with the contract signing. The rent is paid one month in advance, on the 1st of the month. There is also a deposit at the beginning which is at least equal to 1 month's rent. What I'm not looking for is someone who wants to do "his thing" without taking others into account. Registering with the municipal personal records database is no problem.
