Hello room seeker, In September a room will become available on Patio and we are looking for you! This men's house currently consists of a healthy mix of 7 master's and bachelor's students who like to do things together or sometimes just hang out on the couch for an evening. That is why we are looking for a brand new bachelor's student or a matured master's student who is still active in life. Of the current residents, everyone is (or has been) active in a sports/student/or study association. Inside the house we eat together every day and you are also expected to cook once a week. Washing up is done according to a very complicated lottery game and the rest of the chores are divided weekly. Once a month we have a house night where we drink a nice beer, and when someone feels creative, this person can come up with a theme house night where this creative person fills in the evening in front of the house. As can be seen in the photos, the rooms are not connected to corridors/stairs but to an uncovered patio. This means that each room has its own 'front door' and you have to enter the living room from outside. That may sound mediocre, but you get used to it quickly and you get a private square in return. This is ideal in the summer and offers space for a potential swimming pool, the table tennis table or a place to tan your summer body. The crown jewel of the house is the self-made bar that we placed in the hallway in front of the kitchen during corona and of which we are very proud. We also have a Christmas dinner and tapas dinner every year to which former housemates are also invited and there is occasionally a party on the patio. The room that becomes available is a spacious 14 m2 where you share the toilet and shower with 2 others. Also good to know, in addition to this room, there will also be a room of 25 m2 available with private bathroom and toilet, and a subrental room (14 m2) for the first semester (Sep-Jan). More opportunities when you come to us for a job with us! Finally, we have a pretty decent living room with 2 stove/oven combinations, plenty of (beer) fridges and even a dishwasher.
