Through the common entrance with patio, were you can park your bicycle, you reach the 2nd floor with the entrance to your apartment. You enter the living/kitchen (15m²). The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern equipment as a dishwasher, a combination oven-microwave, induction cook plate, stainless steel extractor hood and sink with tap. Detail is the marble fireplace (not active). Walking into the bedroom (14m²) you find the bathroom (7m²) equipped with a walking in shower, washbasin with furnish and toilet.
