We are looking for a new resident for a room on the ground floor on the street side. Room is 12 m2. You have five fellow residents, ranging in age from 19 years to 26 years. All students or recently working. The house has two floors (first and second with an ascending staircase from the street side)Residents share kitchen, two toilets (one of which is in the bathroom), bathroom and a laundry room where a washing machine and a condenser dryer are located that can be used. Rent per month: 350 euros basic rent, monthly advance* on gas, water and electricity (70 € pp.) (so due to current gas prices, this may have to be paid) and 35 euros service costs. The last two concerns an advance, a final settlement takes place every year.
