TranslateHi room seeker! Sinterklaas is coming early this year because I offer a room in my apartment to rent! My name is Max and I recently bought a beautiful two-room apartment in a romantic and unique location in Rotterdam. To make a virtue of a necessity, I am looking for a nice man or woman (or something else) who wants to come and live with me for a period of about 4/6 months (all to be fine-tuned). I myself am very quiet, a bit of reading, a bit of sports, student life is (unfortunately) behind me. I work as an urban designer, I am 27 years old and I studied Breda and Wageningen. The apartment is equipped with (yes it's incredible) a cooking island, dishwasher, roof terrace and a cozy bathroom. I have always lived in very cozy houses so I would love to just live together (cook together, hang out on the couch, have a drink). Never fun to be a stranger in your own home. What am I looking for? A chill woman or man who already works, is quiet and clean, is nice and himself, respects each other and doesn't mind living with me (it can't be that bad). Attached are some photos, some taken recently, some stolen from the real estate agent (they make nicer photos, even in the summer).
