This spacious house covers 120m2: a large living room with a view of the water, excellent kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, 2 refrigerators,) and bathroom with rain shower and separate bath (enjoy). The room that becomes available is approximately 12m2 with access to adjoining balcony where you can sit in the morning/afternoon sun. You will live with Tobias (29) and Egbert (30), both working. During the week we have our own lives and are busy with work and sports, it would be perfect if you have this rhythm too. We occasionally eat together (if it's convenient) or drink a beer at Verhip. The monthly costs are approximately €200 for water, electricity, rent of washing machine, ziggo internet and tv, indoor parking space, excluding municipal taxes.
