TranslateWe are looking for a new roommate as of 01-01-2025 for an indefinite period of time for our house in Rotterdam-West (Mathenesserweg). It concerns a third male roommate for a room of 8 m2 with an office of about the same size. The price for the room is 600 ex gwl, registration is possible. Next to the room there is also a large living room of more than 30 m2, a bathroom with bath and shower and 2 toilets. We, Jeroen and tim, are working and still studying, so if you are also in that phase of life, you fit in well. We eat together at home almost every night, we all do a lot of sports and often drink a beer on the weekends. But nothing is mandatory of course! Marconiplein metro station is an 8-minute walk away and you can reach Rotterdam Central Station in about 10 minutes via the tram. For groceries, there are both Lidl and Albert Heijn nearby.
