There are 7 people living in the house, students and workers. We aim for 50% male and 50% female residents. There are two rooms connecting to a private hallway with access to the shower room and a separate toilet. There is a washing machine for general use in the building, but there is also a connection for your own washing machine in the rented space. Wireless internet is available. Only tenants with work and/or study are eligible. Renters are generally between 19 and 29 years old. When rooms become available, we invite a few candidates and then see which tenant we think fits best in the group. Often new tenants are also introduced through the residents.
