Pass the Keys | Bright Airy 2 BR Home Great Location (Available From: 11.11.2024) About this spaceThank you for checking out our lovely home!When staying here you will find yourself so close to the many outlets of Boucher Road in one direction and the hip cafes and bars of Lisburn Road in the other.The main routes around Belfast are close by so it's ideal for traveling to Dublin or north coast.Inside we have 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 bunk beds) and a bright, open space downstairs for the living room, kitchen and dining area.Just let us know if you need anything during your stay :)The spaceAreaOur house is located in a great area of the city. It is in south Belfast and so benefits from its close proximity to the many, many restaurants and bars which are just a 10 minute walk away on the Lisburn Road and Botanic Avenue.It is also just on the fringes of the city centre so if you do want to head into the centre of Belfast or visit any of the city's attractions, you can jump on a quick bus, take a cheap taxi, or enjoy the walk.We are located next to Windsor Park/ National Stadium so its perfect if you are here for a Northern Ireland or Linfield football match. Boucher Road is just around the corner and has just about every outlet shop you can imagine!The main links into and out of Belfast are also very close by so its perfect if coming into our out of Belfast without having to wait in city centre traffic.SpaceThe house has been refurbished with plush and very comfortable furnishings. Relax in the living room with comfy sofa and flat screen TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy around the beautiful dining table (its expands out so comfortably fits 4!), take a long hot shower in the new bathroom suite after a full day sightseeing, or relax on the crisp white sheets on the very soft double and single beds. In addition, our house also benefits from a little outdoor patio at the front.For your convenience, entry is via lockbox located just beside the door so you can arrive at any time after 3pm (Don't worry if you get held up!) and free on street parking is available just outside the house.Guest accessGuests can access the whole propertyOther things to noteNo parties or excess noise, we have to be very strict on this due to the proximity of our neighbors.IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog.
