It is in the city centre and specifically the Cathedral Quarter so benefits from its very close proximity to Belfast's most famous bars, restaurants, music venues and theatres (we recommend Michelin-starred Muddler's Club!) For all major attractions in Belfast such as the Titanic Museum, City Hall, and Crumlin Gaol it is very much possible (and recommended!) to walk but if you want a taxi or Uber, these are plentiful and very reasonable. In addition, the very convenient open-top tourist bus stops very close to the apartment and this is a fantastic way to get to know the city. Although you are close to the action, our 3rd-floor location and triple-glazing windows mean you should not be troubled by any noise. Free parking is provided!The SpaceThis is one of the best two-bedroom apartments available in Belfast. Our corner apartment is located on the 3rd floor and features 2 balconies that look right onto Custom House Square (perfect view when the concerts are on!).Relax in the living room with a VERY comfy sofa and smart TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, take a long hot shower in the new bathroom suite after a full day sightseeing, or relax on the crisp white sheets on the soft and cosy double bed. Sumptuous furnishings, floor-to-ceiling windows and 2 sliding door balconies add to the very spacious feel of the apartment.Check-inFor your convenience, entry is via lockbox so you can arrive at any time after 3 pm (Don't worry if you get held up!), there is free secured parking and there is a free-to-use washing machine in case you are in the midst of a longer trip.Other things to noteAbsolutely no parties, no extra guests at any time without permission, and no excessively loud noise/music. Such occurrences will quickly be brought to our attention and the stay will be cancelled immediately without refund.We have to be strict on this policy as this is a residential area and we do not want to create a disturbance for our neighbours who are going about their day-to-day lives.Additional rulesCheck-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am. A charge will be applied for unauthorised late checkout or early check-in.Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £300 will be charged when discovered.No extra guests are allowed on the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music is allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and fees apply for shipping and handling.Important: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided.
