Moving further into the property there is the downstairs toilet to the left, utility room to the right with access to the back door.The spacious and light kitchen is straight ahead, cottage style island and sink, plenty of space for your culinary needs. From the kitchen there is access to the cosy living room, this is a lovely space with period features, and 2 comfy sofas. Upstairs is accessed from the kitchen, the roof is a little low at the bottom of the stairs, so taller people, please mind your head!On the first floor you will find the 3 bedrooms, two of which have beautiful vaulted ceilings, the family bathroom with bath, shower and heated towel rail. There is also a lovely private study room with a desk, which is perfect for catching up on work, while your are away.Outside is a nice cottage garden with picnic bench, a peaceful area to enjoy evenings with fellow guests.Guest accessGuest parking is accessed through the wooden gate at the front of the property. Please park on the driveway in front of the outbuilding.Other things to noteCHECK IN / CHECK OUTCheck-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.*Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.TRAVEL COTA travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message beforehand so that I can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. (I am afraid highchair requests cannot be met).’’OTHER NOTESOur property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone.The linen and the towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced.There will be some complimentary *tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap*. Other items included are *a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll* which will last a couple of days.
