With pubs, restaurants, the beach, and a range of local amenities. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. This property boasts an open kitchen and a dining table for four. The living room comes with enough seating to comfortably seat four, including a wall-mounted TV. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, both of which have their own sinks. Whilst we are on hand to assist with any issues during your stay, we are unable to make changes to anything within the home to suit individual needs. The property is to be taken as it is. If you need to get in touch, please do so through Airbnb messaging, or the support line provided in the guest manual (sent previously by email)If there is a sofa bed in the home, it will not be set up as a bed. We presume you will want to use the sofa for its main use, as a sofa until the night time.Early check-in and late check-out requests.We charge an additional £25 for any requests that are granted in advance. Please message us through Airbnb messaging to see if we can accommodate your early check-in/late check-out request.The holiday home is self catered accommodation and is equipped with small hand soaps, a couple of toilet rolls and basic kitchen items such as a sponge, washing liquid, bin liners and salt & pepper. If you want anything specific, such as liquid hand soap or kitchen roll, please ensure you bring this with you for your stay. We do not supply additional consumables, this includes toilet rolls.If you wish to extend your stay, you must check with our team. The earlier you check, the better as we are sometimes unable to reschedule cleaning to suit. We must provide at least 48 hours notice to our cleaners.You are welcome to use and enjoy the outdoor seating areas. We do kindly ask that guests clean up after themselves and leave these facilities in a state that is suitable for the next people staying, as our cleaners will be unable to provide a full garden overhaul at each changeover.If the management team are called out to resolve an issue where you are at fault, you will incur a £50 callout charge, i.e. if you cannot connect to the wifi, but you have unplugged the router. Please be aware we will have to charge £25 if you have locked yourself out and we need to attend to help you gain access. There is a £100 charge for failure to leave the keys in the key safe on departure. This is because we will have to conduct an emergency lock change for safety reasons.IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided.
