Much of the original character has been preserved while tastefully integrating modern elements and showcasing elegant decor.If you're lucky enough to visit on nice and sunny days, you'll find portable desk fans for keeping you cool.The flat sleeps up to 6 guests in two double bedrooms and one comfy double sofa bed. The flat is located on the first floor of the building which is accessed by a staircase (there is no lift).You will be only 8-10 min bus ride or 15-20 min walk to Putney Bridge station and Hammersmith train station for easy access to London's major attractions as well as Heathrow airport. The flat is also moments away from an eclectic selection of restaurants, lively pubs and coffee shops on the popular Fulham Palace Road.Craven Cottage, the historic home of Fulham FC, is conveniently located a short 6-minute walk away, offering fans easy access to the stadium and an exciting match day experience.The stunning Fulham Palace and scenic Bishops Park a short 10-minute walk away, offer visitors a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, with picturesque gardens, historic buildings, and serene river views.Classy contemporary furnishings combine with a dazzlingly modern finish to create a most inviting welcome in the open-plan living area.During the day, the living room sofa offers a cozy seating experience, while at night, it effortlessly transforms into a comfortable double sofa bed for a restful sleep.Settle in comfortably with your snacks and immerse yourself in your favourite shows on the 55" LG Smart TV for an unforgettable viewing experience (You'll need to use your own log in details for TV applications like Netflix, Prime etc).The dining area features a dining table, chairs and an eye-catching painting, creating a bright and stylish space for enjoying meals with family and friends.The well-equipped family kitchen is the heart of the home, complete with modern appliances (such as oven, electric induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine), ample counter space, and plenty of storage, making it a functional and inviting space for cooking and gathering.Each bedroom is tastefully furnished with a King bed, accompanied by high-quality bedding, to provide warmth and comfort. The full length wardrobes and bedside cabinets offer ample storage space for clothing and personal belongings.You will also find a 1.5 bathrooms, one which has a bath with a shower and the other, a toilet and sink offering a refreshing and comfortable space for relaxation and rejuvenation.On street parking is available in adjacent streets. Guests need to pay for this parking by phone or at a pay machine.My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.A complimentary welcome pack of tea and coffee will be waiting for you on arrival. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Tesco Express supermarket 2 minutes walk away.Guest accessYou will have the whole apartment to yourselves. If there is anything you think is missing, do let us know and we'll do our best to sort it out for you during your stay.Please be considerate in the late evening as this is a residential area and we live on the ground floor. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm. Self check-in via lock box. Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late check out. Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for call-out for keys forgotten inside. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged if you lose the keys; please be careful with them.This property does not accept children under 2 years and does not have a travel cot or high chair.There is a ring door bell camera located outside the main front door. This records video of anyone at the door and will be on during the guests stay. No parties will be tolerated. An extra 250 will be charged should any house rules be broken.Please turn off all lights and lock all the doors when you leave. The porch light and the hall light on the ground floor are on sensors and will turn on once you move near them.Thank you.IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog.
