This property was our home for 3 years before we moved overseas and so is well designed and furnished for a homely feeling. Very recently re-decorated, the flat is clean, bright and airy with a great open-plan kitchen/living area, a modern bathroom and a good-size double bedroom with double doors onto a very large private south-facing terrace.It really is the perfect home away from home whether you're visiting for business or pleasure.The spaceLocated in the heart of Balham, one of the most desirable areas in town, you will have an unbeatable selection of shops, restaurants and pubs just moments from your door.Just a 5 minute walk to Balham Station, allowing you to reach Central London under 30 minutes. With London Underground (Northern Line), National Rail and a number of local bus services, you can also quickly access many of the other great parts of SW London in minutes.The spacious kitchen/living area is at the front of the property with large windows onto Balham High Road. It boasts a well laid out kitchen with everything you need for cooking meals. There is a breakfast bar with two stools plus a fold-out dining table and chairs - both are great for dining and working from home. The sofa is extremely comfortable (we were sad to leave it behind when we moved!) making the living room a lovely place to relax at the end of the day.The bedroom is at the back of the property and therefore extremely quiet. It contains a comfortable king-sized bed fitted with high-quality linen, great blinds to keep the light out, plus plenty of storage space. one of the things that makes this flat stand out from others in the area is the double doors onto a large private south-facing terrace - a great place to step out for a morning coffee.The bathroom, located between the bedroom and kitchen/living area, is large, clean and modern. We also provide plush towels and hotel-sized toiletries.Guest accessGuests will have the entire apartment to themselves.Other things to note* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys or late check out - The keys needs to return to the keysafe* The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access.* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.* We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay* No smoking, no parties and please no shoes in the house.
