The living includes a SMART TV and has a patio door, which leads out onto a decked area at the back of the building to enjoy that early morning coffee, glass of wine after a day exploring, or an evening of alfresco dining.The newly fitted kitchen has all the amenities you would expect with breakfast bar for two.Off the hallway is a modern, contemporary bathroom, which features a walk in shower with a rain shower head.At the front of the apartment, there is a large double bedroom with a comfortable double bed and plenty of wardrobe and storage space with views over Castle Street.This is one of 4 apartments we let out in the building.Guest accessWe have a shared entrance with other guests but our apartment is let as an entire space. Please make yourself at home.Other things to noteWe have 4 apartments in this block and are more than happy to accommodate larger groups, please get in touch.Travel cot and high chair available to hire on request.Our TV is a SMART TV and you are welcome to log into your own account but please remember to log out before you leave.We ask you not to smoke or vape in the property. If you do outside, please remember to bin your cigarette ends reponsably in the bin and not on the floor.We do have a secure, gated parking space in the town centre which is a 2-minute walk from the apartments. If you would like to make use of the space please let us know as soon as possible, as it is subject to availability.
