Perfect for a relaxing getaway, this delightful retreat offers comfort, convenience, and character.Upon entering No 8, you'll step into the inviting dining room, featuring a log burner, perfect for those cooler evenings. Our kitchen is fully equipped, and designed to meet all your culinary needs. The kitchen opens up to a fully enclosed private garden, a perfect spot to unwind and relax after a day of exploring Shrewsbury.Our comfortable lounge area seats four and is equipped with a SMART TV, offering all the main streaming channels for your entertainment. Please note that Freeview is not available.No 8 features steep stairs with a handrail on one side. There is no stairgate at the top, but a door at the bottom ensures safety for little ones.Upstairs, you'll find two double bedrooms. On request, these can be configured as one double (the Green Room) and a twin (the Blue Room) to suit your needs. A modern shower room completes the upstairs layout.No 8 is in a prime location, overlooking a charming church and just a two-minute walk from the river and theatre. The town centre and Quarry Park are only a five-minute stroll away, making this cottage ideally situated for both relaxation and exploration and is perfect for families, friends or those looking for a more homely stay while working away from home.Guest accessThe stairs are steep as it is an old cottage - please be aware of this. We do not recommend young children, or those who are not able to easily climb stairs, to stay in No 8. There is a hand rail. There is no stair gate. The stairs are immediately off the upstairs landing.
