Located in the quaint village of Inkberrow, tucked away amongst the Worcestershire countryside. Found approximately 20 minutes’ drive from the historical city of Worcester and a stones throw away from the stunning Cotswolds. You will be staying in a charming 4 bedroom home. Enjoy a cosy getaway with picturesque walks, local village shops and country pubs serving arguably the best food that Worcestershire has to offer.My property sleeps up to 8 guests (three doubles and one king bed).Ground Floor:Entering from the driveway area, you arrive in to the hallway. To the right is the spacious living room with warm glowing fire. The living room is equipped with a large Smart TV (You'll need to use your own log in details for the TV applications). The living flows into a large dining room that seats 8 and is perfect for large family meals overlooking the garden. To the rear of the property is a garden room with a smaller table with views of the beautiful garden with flowing brook below.Moving into the well-equipped kitchen, that has everything you need for home dining. Use of appliances include an electric oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, kettle and toaster.Off the ground floor hallway there is also a double bedroom with views over the beautiful garden and a shower room.First Floor:Heading upstairs, the master bedroom is large and spacious with wardrobe and bedside tables. It has a large ensuite shower room. The bedroom also has a large balcony with views of the garden and babbling brook below and a seating area for breakfast with a spectacular view!The next bedroom along the hallway is a double bedroom with wardrobe and views to the front of the property.The final bedroom is a large an spacious room with wardrobe space and views to the front of the property. The bed is extremely comfortable.Next to the master bedroom is a large family bathroom. The bathroom includes a large bathtub with shower over.Outside:Parking is available on the shared driveway. The property can accommodate two cars with additional on-street parking available.There is a private garden to the rear of the property with outdoor seating, patio, barbecue and a large lawned area that attracts the sun. Running through the garden is a stunning babbling brook with bridges to cross and explore. You can access wonderful walks from the rear of the garden across the Worcestershire countryside.Guests travelling with young children should be cautious, as the pond at the foot of the garden is only partially fenced.You'll have access to the entire property but the garden is shared with the next door studio apartment.Guest accessYou'll have access to the entire property but the garden is shared with the next door studio apartment.Other things to noteCHECK IN / CHECK OUTCheck-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver.
