Furnished 3 room apartment near the center, Aachen

English: From this centrally located accommodation you can reach all important places in no time. Everything directly in 2-4 minutes distance. Food, cafes, Danish stalls, pharmacies, bus stops. Rothe Erde train station is 5-10 minutes away on foot. Towards the city center it is also a maximum of 15-20 minutes on foot. Since the bus connection of the Öffi is good, it is also possible here. There is usually a bus every 2-5 minutes. Good for students, the university can be reached in 15-30 minutes, depending on the campus. The apartment was not left perfect by the previous tenant. But since I have not yet come to renouvieren there are isolated small blemishes. Can we fix together in coordination until the move-in date. Until then I rent the apartment as a vacation home. The apartment is best suited for 2-4 people, thanks to a large double bed in the bedroom and a large single bed in the children's room (which is also suitable for 2 adults, provided no giants xD). Optionally, I can still put 2 single beds. Then 6 people could live there. Would be but honestly no longer cozy. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. If anything is missing we can certainly organize it for you. Only the bathroom including toilet is relatively small. But that does not matter. One gets along well with everything. Parties can be organized. Only the request after 20 clock not to be loud. My son is 5 and my wife has shift work. They just need the night rest after 8pm. Smoking/shisha not allowed. Vapen/E-cigarette but already if you Lüftet. Thanks to Wlan and an internet connection with an average of 100-500mBit/s (even if Vodafone has actually promised me a 1000mBit/s line), but home office is also possible without problems. The TV is small, but can also be used for streaming thanks to Chromecast. German: Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Alles direkt in 2-4 Minuten Entfernung. Lebensmittel, Cafes, Dänerbuden, Apotheken, Bushaltestellen. Bahnhof Rothe Erde in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß. Richtung Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß ebenfalls maximal 15-20 Minuten. Da die Busanbindung der Öffi gut ist, ist es aber auch hier möglich. Alle 2-5 Minuten fährt normalerweise irgendwas. Gut für Studenten, die Uni ist je nach Campus in 15-30 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung wurde vom Vormieter nicht perfekt hinterlassen. Da ich aber noch nicht zum Renouvieren gekommen bin gibt es vereinzelt kleine Makel. Können wir gemeinsam in Abstimmung beheben bis zum Einzugsdatum. Bis dahin vermiete ich die Wohnung als Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist am besten geeignet für 2-4 Personen, dank einen Großen Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer und einem Großen Einzelbett im Kinderzimmer (was aber auch für 2 Erwachsene geeignet ist, sofern keine Riesen xD). Optional kann ich noch 2 Einzelbetten aufstellen. Dann könnten da 6 Personen Wohnen. Wäre aber ehrlich gesagt nicht mehr gemütlich. Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck. Falls irgendwas fehlt können wir es sicher organisieren für euch. Lediglich das Bad inklusive WC ist relativ klein. Macht aber nichts. Man kommt gut mit allem aus. Parties dürfen gerne veranstaltet werden. Lediglich die Bitte nach 20 Uhr nicht mehr laut zu sein. Mein Sohn ist 5 und meine Frau hat Schichtdienst. Die benötigen die Nachtruhe nach 20 Uhr einfach. Rauchen/Shisha nicht erlaubt. Vapen/E-Zigarette jedoch schon wenn ihr Lüftet. Dank Wlan und einer Internetverbindung mit im Schnitt 100-500mBit/s (auch wenn Vodafone mir eigentlich eine 1000mBit/s Leitung versprochen hat), ist aber auch Homeoffice Problemlos möglich. Der TV ist zwar klein, kann aber dank Chromecast auch zum Streamen genutzt werden.
