German:
The bright and light-flooded apartment with a south-facing orientation is located on the 3rd floor of an architectural monument of the International Building Exhibition (Interbau) from 1957. The apartment has just been completely renovated.

The approximately 50sqm are divided into a large living and sleeping area, a dressing room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.

In the bedroom and living area there is a 160cm-wide double bed, a comfortable couch, a TV and a desk. The large window with a French balcony offers magnificent views of the Hansaviertel and the zoo. On the horizon you can also see the top of the Memorial Church.

In the kitchen, everything you need to cook is available: A refrigerator, oven, gas stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and dishes. A small washing machine is also in the kitchen.

The dressing room is located between bed and the new bathroom with bathtub. The bathroom has a window. The entire apartment is very bright thanks to the many windows in the living area and the kitchen.

The apartment is located right on the edge of the zoo. The Hansaviertel is simply fantastic: On the one hand it is quiet and green, on the other hand you are in only 3 minutes on the S-Bahn (Tiergarten; or in 5 minutes in the U9, Hansaplatz) and in 15 minutes at the main railway station or Friedrichstraße. The government district is just a few minutes away by car. There is a Rewe supermarket in just 5 minutes walk. The zoo is within walking distance in 10-15 minutes, the Ku 'damm or the bikini house in a few minutes more.

There are also several parking spaces on the property and you can always easily find a free parking space.

The apartment is located right on the edge of the Tiergarten, a huge park ideal for a Sunday stroll. The area is really beautiful: On the one hand it is very quiet and green, on the other hand it only takes you 3 minutes to the S-Bahn (or 5 minutes to the U9), 15 minutes to reach the main train station (main railway station) or Friedrichstraße. Bellevue castle, the government buildings and the Reichstag are only a few minutes away as well. There is a Rewe supermarket within a few minutes walk. You can walk to the zoo in 10-15 minutes or reach the shops on Ku 'damm or the Bikini house in a few minutes more.
