Bathroom: Large bathroom/WC with tub and lots of towels.
Bedroom: Facing the back building, very quiet for good sleep, with lots of closet space for clothes. Bedding and linens at renter's disposal.
It is ideally located in the lively, popular Bergmannstrasse. area, great for foodies, with its many cafés and restaurants, along with boutiques and large market space with fresh produce, as well as the larger super markets such as EDEKA, REWE, ALDI and LIDL. On Bergmannstrasse itself there is also a BIO COMPANY (equivalent to Wholefoods in small).
Right next door, you will find "39", a nice pizzeria with huge pizzas, reasonably priced, with outside seating for pleasant summer evenings.
At the corner, is our favorite little Italian café called "Club Room", offers all kinds of coffees and cake, panini and fresh pasta dishes of the day, with tables outside facing the park and its waterfall to lounge at in the sun. On the opposite corner, is the Italian Osteria No. 1, offering, in our opinion, the tastiest pizza on Kreuzbergstrasse, and great cocktails.
For women: All female gym called "Just Move" just down the street, with workout machines, pool, sauna and steam bath.
Public transportation (busses and subway) are all within reach in 5 - 10 minutes.
Cleaning: Bi-monthly cleaning fee is included in rental fee.
