German: Lovely penthouse in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, the coolest district in Berlin. I am travelling for around 4.5 weeks (December 24th 2019 to January 30th 2020) and offering my apartment for rent. The apartment is 62 meters square large, has two balconies, one kitchen, a bathroom and gets plenty of sun.
This apartment is best suited for a couple/two friends wanting a temporary apartment in the center of Berlin for the short term. Ideally looking for someone for the exact duration.
Location
The area is super cool with plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and super markets around the apartment so you will have a great time. There is a Lidl only 5 mins away and a Rewe 7 mins away.
It is also very well connected with all possible public transport options:
- A minute walk to the tram M2 (to Alexanderplatz) and M10 (to Warschauer Str. or Hauptbahnhof)
- 5 mins walk to U2 Eberswalder Str
- 5 mins walk to S Prenzlauer Allee

Note - I am not flexible with the dates so you will have to pay the entire amount from December 24, 2019 to January 30, 2020 whether you stay in the apartment for the whole time or not.
