Two light-flooded rooms with floorboards face each other at the end of the daylight corridor. The balcony room faces the quiet Kiezstraße and serves as a living room. The bedroom faces the inner courtyard. The newly tiled shower room leads off directly from here. A furnished eat-in kitchen completes the offer. The flat was occupied by ourselves until some time ago.The rooms are about the same size, currently they are furnished as a bedroom (with bed) and living room (with sofa and sofa bed). The bathroom is behind the bedroom, so the flat is NOT suitable for a shared flat...
