Diese Wohnung ist für maximal 2Personen geeignet und Kinder werden mitgerechnet. Bei einer Belegung mit 2 Erwachsenen ist die maximale Belegung erreicht. Es werden keine weiteren Personen genehmigt. In der Hausgemeinschaft gab es deshalb bereits heftige Anfeindungen. Sie ist zentral beheizt und mit zentraler Warmwasserversorgung ausgestattet. Die Einbauküche lässt mit einem Einbauherd, einer Mikrowelle, einem Geschirrspüler, einer Waschmaschine, einem Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und einem integrierten Kühlschrank keine Wünsche offen.
